What is a Snap case

Made of single-layer PC. Slim and lightweight, but it definitely does the heavy duty.

What is a Tough case?

Made of a dual-layer PC cover + black TPU liner that absorbs shocks.

TPU - thermoplastic polyurethane. Material that is similar to silicone or rubber. The difference is that it holds its shape better, and has better heat conductivity.

What is a MagSafe case?

Made of a dual-layer PC cover + black TPU liner that absorbs shocks. In addition, it contains a magnet that seamlessly integrates with MagSafe accessories, allowing for easy attachment and optimal charging capabilities.

Shipping & Returns

Can I change an order that has already been submitted?

Unfortunately, orders can’t be changed once they are submitted.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, we ship to Europe and the US.
If you live in other parts of the world, you can contact us for more options.

How much does the shipping cost?

What are you talking about? :) Our shipping is FREE!

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

Firstly, please check your order information to see if you submitted the right delivery address.
If the address is correct, please contact us for further investigation.
If you entered the wrong address, the order will come back to us and could be reshipped for additional costs.

What if the product is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please send pictures or videos of the damage, and we will ship you a replacement.

How are returns handled?

Please contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions.
Return costs are handled by the customer.
The item has to be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return?

You can submit a return claim within 14 days after your order has arrived.

What if I put in the wrong address?

You can change the address if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it will come back to us and could be reshipped for additional costs.

What are the shipping times?

Our orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
Typically, EU orders arrive in 3–8 working days, while US orders take 8–14 working days.
Please keep in mind that shipping time is calculated from the day the order was dispatched (not ordered).

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time but the package has not been received?

Double-check the delivery address, and if it is correct, please contact our customer support for further investigation.
If you enter the wrong address, the order will come back to us and could be reshipped for additional costs.

Do I have to pay import fees?

Since we are based in the European Union, import fees are relevant to customers who live outside of the EU.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the import fees, which must be paid by the recipient.
